What to include.
Name the rooms and what you want changed. If paint, flooring, tile, or cabinet doors are already purchased, say which product. Mention stairs, occupied rooms, and anything that should not be moved.
A phone number on the form is optional. Email is required so a reply has a destination. The city or ZIP code shows where the home is in Florida.
Read the privacy policy before you consent. The form asks only for the project request.
