Interior Painting

Interior Painting Services

A careful repaint of walls and ceilings for homes in Florida.

Paint roller, tape, and a coated wall and ceiling.

Prahem paints interiors for homes in Florida. A hallway can lose its scuff marks, a dull ceiling can take an even coat, and a bedroom can move back to a quieter color. Request an estimate with the rooms and the city or ZIP code.

The work is interior painting only. Exterior siding, brick, and full exterior house painting are a different trade and are not part of this service.

In practice

What a cosmetic repaint includes

A useful request names the rooms, the current wall condition, and whether the paint is already on site. If you want a specific sheen, say so. Flat and eggshell hide ordinary living differently, and the product you choose affects drying time and how the room is used the next day.

Small nail holes and hairline cracks can be filled as part of preparation. Larger drywall damage is closer to a repair visit and can be scoped with the painting, or handled on the drywall repair page first. Lead testing and regulated hazardous-material work are not part of a standard interior repaint.

A finish, not a remodel

Painting does not move walls, replace windows, or change electrical fixtures. If a room needs those steps, they belong with the appropriate trade before a finish coat is planned. Color advice on this site is practical, not a design contract.

How a request is handled

From the first note to a walkthrough.

01

Initial inquiry

Send the rooms, the rough wall condition, and whether paint will be supplied.

02

Project details

Photos of stains, repairs, and ceiling height help the scope stay accurate.

03

Scope and estimate

The written scope lists rooms, preparation, and coats. Work is scheduled after you accept that scope.

04

Scheduled work

Floors and furniture are protected, then surfaces are prepared and painted in the order the scope describes.

05

Final walkthrough

You look at the rooms in ordinary light and note anything in the agreed scope that still needs a touch-up.

Questions

About this service.

Can one room be painted without repainting the whole home?

Yes. A single room, a ceiling, or a hallway is a normal request. Say which surfaces should stay untouched.

Do I need to choose the paint first?

It helps. If a product is already purchased, include the line and sheen. If not, the request can still describe the rooms and the look you want.

Will furniture be moved?

Light pieces can be shifted to protect the work area when that is listed in the scope. Large or fragile items should be mentioned in the request so the plan is realistic.

Is exterior painting available?

No. These interior painting services stay inside the home.

Next step
