Services

Home Maintenance Services

Interior finishing and minor repairs for homes in Florida: paint, floors, tile, drywall, cabinets, doors, trim, and furniture. Request an estimate when you know which rooms need work.

Hallway with greige walls, pale oak flooring, and an interior door.

Minor interior work, listed in one place.

Prahem offers these handyman-style interior services for houses, condos, and apartments in Florida. The work is cosmetic: a room to paint, a floor to lay, a hole to patch, a cabinet to set. It is minor home repair, not a structural remodel.

A request can be one task or a short set of interior finishing services. Electrical wiring, gas, major plumbing, foundation work, roofing, and HVAC are outside this list.

By direction

What each visit actually covers.

A paint roller and a roll of masking tape on a drop cloth beneath a freshly painted warm-white wall and ceiling.

01

Interior Painting

Interior painting services cover walls, ceilings, and individual rooms that need a fresh coat after scuffs, a color change, or ordinary wear. The visit is a cosmetic finish: wash, fill small blemishes, sand, prime where the surface needs it, then cut in and roll.

02

Flooring Installation

Flooring installation here means a new decorative surface: laminate, vinyl sheet, or luxury vinyl plank, including LVP and LVT. The planks or sheet go over an existing floor that is flat and sound. The work does not rebuild the structure underneath.

03

Tile Installation

Tile installation covers floor tile and wall tile where the surface underneath is already suitable. Kitchen backsplash installation is a frequent request: a field of tile between the counter and the upper cabinets, with a finish joint at the counter.

04

Drywall Repair

Drywall repair addresses doorknob holes, screw pops, open seams, and ceiling blemishes. A small piece of board can be set into a damaged spot. The aim is a surface that can be painted, not a reconstruction of the room.

05

Cabinet Installation

Cabinet installation means assembling and setting ready-made cabinets, and cabinet door replacement when the boxes are staying. Drawer fronts and hinges can be swapped. Sinks, dishwashers, and wiring are not part of the installation.

06

Furniture Assembly

Furniture assembly covers household pieces that arrive flat-packed or in parts: beds, tables, dressers, desks, and bookcases. The visit is assembly in the room where the piece will stay.

07

Interior Door Replacement

Interior door replacement swaps a worn slab, and the knob or lever, without changing the opening. Bedroom door replacement and a matching closet door are typical. The frame stays put.

08

Baseboard & Trim

Baseboard installation and interior trim installation finish the edge of a room: baseboards after a new floor, casing around a door, or a simple decorative molding. It is finish carpentry, not a structural change.

09

Wall Repair & Caulking

Wall repair and wall patching cover nail holes, dents, and hairline cracks on interior walls. Caulking and sealing at Prahem means a clean interior joint at baseboards, casing, or the edge of a backsplash. It is a finish detail, not a plumbing repair.

Process

How a request is reviewed.

This is the order for a new estimate request. Prices are not listed on this page. A visit date is set only after you accept a written scope.

01

Initial inquiry

The contact form collects the service, a description, and the city or ZIP code.

02

Project details

Follow-up questions cover measurements, products you have already bought, and access to the room.

03

Scope and estimate

The reply describes the work that would be included. An online note is not itself an estimate.

04

Scheduled work

Work is placed on a calendar only after the scope is agreed.

05

Final walkthrough

The completed items are compared with the written scope.

Service area

Serving Florida.

The office is at 16200 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618, USA. Prahem serves residential interiors in Florida. Include the city or ZIP code with your request so the location can be reviewed with the project.

An estimate describes the scope of work. A request does not set a visit date.

Questions

Before you send a request.

What counts as a minor repair here?

A task that changes a finish or assembles a furnished piece: paint, a floating floor, tile on a sound surface, a drywall patch, a cabinet door, a piece of trim, an interior door slab, or furniture assembly.

Do you publish prices?

No. An estimate is prepared for a specific scope. This website does not list rates, hourly fees, or prices per square foot.

Can several tasks be one request?

Yes. Choose the closest service in the form and describe the other tasks in the project notes.

Are permits or licenses claimed on this site?

No. Local rules differ, and this site does not state that the work is permit-free or that a license is held.

Which jobs are not offered?

Structural changes, load-bearing wall removal, electrical wiring, gas fitting, major plumbing, foundation repair, roof replacement, HVAC installation, and major building alterations are not services on this site.

How do I start?

Request an estimate with the contact form, call +1 (813) 975-7340, or email [email protected]. Include the city or ZIP code in Florida.

Next step

Describe the rooms, not just the category.

Name the service, the rooms, and the city or ZIP code. Photos can follow. The form asks for an estimate. It does not create a contract or reserve a date.
